Comic Con 2011: Video Game Cosplay Women

The San Diego Comic Con is an interesting and powerful thing. People that attend go for many different reasons. They hang out with like-minded people, see sneak previews, meet their favorite artists, dress up, party, and basically enjoy themselves. For a long while, the ladies wouldn’t have anything to do with SDCC, but that’s changed over time. In fact, if you would have had asked me about females at the con years ago, I probably would have said something crass and sexist. (Much worse would have been said about most of the dudes there.)

Anyway, as ladies usually do, they make the guys step their game up. They get dudes to brush their teeth, stand up straight, get haircuts, and buy clean shirts when their old ones get crusty. That’s nothing but a good thing for something as crazy as the San Diego Comic Con. This is good for gamers. This is good for everyone.
