8-Bitscapes Up the Ante for Real Life Bitness
I like it when there is a good idea that gets taken to the next level. Illustrator Jamie Sneddon and photographer Kevin Rozario-Johnson have gotten together for a little art project called 8-Bitscapes. In this series, they’ve taken photographs and combined them with 8-Bit styled art. The end result looks quite a bit better than a lot of the crap out there.

Check out all eight images in this series, they’re pretty good if you ask me.

And if you notice, there are exactly 8 prints in this series, as in eight…bit…scapes. Clever, huh?

Mr Benja.

the space invaders over the water one is favorite. that one is ill. the pacman one in SF is clever…
I think my favorite was the “Stalfos ‘Nights” piece from Zelda or “The Flyover Squad” at the top. Something about those makes me want to see them framed up on a wall in their full glory.
